The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG) helps Alberta employers fund employee training that improves productivity and competitiveness.
Businesses can get 50% reimbursement (up to $5,000 per employee) for existing staff and 75% (up to $10,000 per unemployed hire), with a $100,000 annual cap. Eligible expenses include tuition, materials, exams, software, and travel.
Training must be Alberta-based or online, completed within 52 weeks, and focused on technical, digital, or productivity skills. Applications are online—apply early.
